Asking for a home visit

A request sent through this website or the app is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Home care is being developed; submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date, assign a clinician or create a duty to pay. Availability, scope and prices must be confirmed before any future care is agreed.

The app

The tracker is free and needs no account. Tracker entries are kept in your browser without a server backup. Enquiry details are shared separately when you choose to send a form. If you clear your browser's data, change phone or delete your entries, we cannot restore them, so download a copy from the Me tab if you want to keep one. The app is for adults aged 18 and over.

Not medical advice

The information on this website is general education. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and it does not replace advice from your own midwife or doctor. Do not delay seeking care because of something you have read here.

Not an emergency service

LVNDOC does not provide emergency care, and messages sent through this website are not monitored for emergencies. If you need urgent help, go to the nearest hospital or call 112 or 193.

Estimates

Dates shown by the app, such as an estimated due date, an expected period, an estimated fertile window or suggested antenatal contact dates, are estimates worked out from the dates you enter. They are not a diagnosis, they are not a method of contraception, and they are not a substitute for clinical assessment. Suggested contact dates are not booked appointments, and dates outside an estimated fertile window must not be treated as safe days for unprotected sex.

Using the site

• Give us accurate information when you complete a form.
• Do not submit information about another person without their agreement.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access you are not entitled to, or copy it by automated means.

The text, design, software and brand on this website belong to LVNDOC. Photographs are used under licence, and the people shown in them are models. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit. Please ask before reusing anything else.
