Your entries stay with you.
Tracker entries stay in this browser. Anyone with access to your unlocked device may see them. Exports are unencrypted. Clearing browser data may erase your entries.
Save, export or delete your data
In the app, open Me to export a backup, restore it on another device, or delete all entries. LVNDOC holds no server copy to restore. Enquiries use a separate delivery process.
Add the app to your home screen
On iPhone, open the website in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, use your browser menu and select Install app or Add to Home screen when available.
Open the app online first. Tracking can work offline after its screens finish downloading. Enquiries need a connection. Native app store releases are planned.
Features planned for later
Accounts, cloud backup, reminders, clinician messaging, clinical records and partner sharing are planned. They are not available in this version.
How cycle estimates work
Shown for a
28 day
cycle
- Period
- Estimated fertile window
- Estimated ovulation
Days 1 to 5
Period
Day 1 is the first day of bleeding. The lining of the womb is shed. Most periods last between two and seven days.
Days 6 to 9
Before ovulation
An egg matures in one of the ovaries, and the lining of the womb builds up again.
Days 10 to 15
Estimated fertile window
The app estimates ovulation by counting back from your next expected period. Actual timing varies, and dates alone cannot confirm when an egg is released. Pregnancy is possible from sex in the days before ovulation.
Days 16 to 28
After ovulation
If pregnancy does not occur, hormone levels change and another period may begin. The app uses a 14 day interval as a calculation assumption; your actual timing may differ.
How the app estimates
- Your next period: the first day of your last period, plus your average cycle length.
- Estimated ovulation: calculated as 14 days before your next expected period. This does not confirm ovulation.
- Estimated fertile window: the five days before the calculated ovulation date, and that date. Days outside this estimate are not safe days for unprotected sex.
- Bleeding between periods: a day or two of bleeding less than three weeks after a period began stays on your calendar, and is not counted as a new period.
With two or more periods logged, the app uses the average of your own last six cycles. These are estimates from dates, and bodies do not keep to a calendar. Do not use them as contraception.
Speak to a midwife or doctor if
- Your cycles are often shorter than 21 days or longer than 35 days
- Bleeding lasts longer than seven days, or is much heavier than usual for you
- You bleed between periods or after sex
- Your periods stop for three months and you are not pregnant
- Period pain stops you doing your usual activities
No app store needed.
